San Diego Restaurant Week in the Gaslamp is a very popular event twice a year and this fall Butcher’s Cut is able to participate for the first time. Offering an enticing 3-course menu for only $40, and gives our locals the chance to try some of the meats from the dry-aging cellar. Butcher’s Cut has the largest dry-aging display in San Diego, showcasing over 2000 lb of meat.
